Another month gone by before one can blink! I guess there is truth in what they say about time going faster as you get older.
Decided to brush some dust off the ol' camera and get cracking on improving another of my crafts! Dug the Lensbaby out for some experiments, and got the hang of things a little better than the last time I tried. Oh the places this thing can take you.
Also considering investing in some ND filters, just to have a try. The options are limitless! So damn confusing in the jungle of camera stuffs that I can't really decide if I want to drool or cry.
Work keeps me freakishly busy during the day, and ample hobbies during the evening helps pass the time. Leg's still bummed, the physio gave up so it's back to the doc's for yet another referral later this week. approaching 11 weeks on the sofa now and it's driving me absolutely stir crazy. On the upside, it should be easily fixable, I just don't know when.
Other half flew back home yesterday morning. The flat is, as usual, cold and empty without him. Luckily I fly over to see him in another 4 weeks time, having the next journey planned out before the first one finishes does help somewhat. The time until we won't have to spend most of the year apart seems like an eternity away, but in reality it's just a drop in the ocean.
March will see us Happy Snapping in the UK, and catching War Horse before I'm heading back home.
Found an interesting macro nature challenge over on
aljoschathielen.deviantart.com…, will have a look around and see if I can find anything worth while. Any exsuse to take the macro accessories out for a meander round town
